In this project, I developed AI-based chatbots for various customers, such as restaurants, B2B businesses, IT solutions companies, and more. The chatbots were built on top of Google Dialogflow and utilized ChatGPT to provide intelligent and personalized responses to customer queries. I designed the chatbots to be user-friendly and intuitive, with the ability to handle a wide range of questions and scenarios. I also incorporated natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of the chatbot's responses. Through this project, I demonstrated my expertise in AI and NLP, as well as my ability to develop custom chatbot solutions to meet the unique needs of various businesses and industries.
